How/Where to Level Up Staff

For a low level staff, definetely train at Kingshead.

Also, make sure you don't put any more points on attacks (especially wiher and flaming skuull) as it will make training that more difficult.

Also Davy, since he said the best place is at Kingshead and you don't wanna sail, I'll glady run you over there to level.

EDIT: Maybe I won't. >.> The lag is so bad now that I disconnect every time I try to go sailing, and since I have to go sailing to finish my quest I guess I'm stuck for now...
