Most pirates say that these will better there chances of defeating Jolly Roger, but where is the fun in that? The difficulty of defeating Jolly Roger is the fun part. Plus, you no longer have the ability to switch between any of your weapons in the heat of a difficult battle. I just can't accepst the idea.

Appreciate your comment, Jesse. Although I understand your concern regarding pirates defeating Jolly too easily, remember that Jolly has been searching for these same weapons, so his forces will be well equipped too. I think you'll find the odds in battle will be pretty even to the levels they are now. More challenges are on the horizon...

These are exact quotes from the grog blog. It sounds like we'll have new enemies to go with the new weapons! This will make things more interesting. Hope these "new" enemies aren't just souped-up, renamed versions of older enemies!
