Level 33...hmmm...Tormenta if in crew mebbe,,or just dregs or ones in front cave...I am higher levels and still find red dragoons and red mercernaries and assasins on upper ,,,way up top of kingshead....not the parade grounds,,,not the front fort,,,go to village up the tree lined path then in to stairs where Reminton the Vicious is go up stairs and wind your way around all parapets, up lots of levels, to the little rooms with assasins and mercernaries on the very tip top....lol lots of peeps never been to those small rooms up there...
