Well, we just did a Fleet battle, but I didn't get a Loot Skull Chest. Maybe it is only to one ship in the whole fleet, but if that's the case, I'd have to say it isn't very fair.
If this is wrong, tell me how I would get a Loot Skull Chest from the Treasure Fleet. |
