I need Help

aye live chat.....and when I switched back to my 32 bit system...which has 4 GB ram...it wouldn't recognize but 2.5 gb total...so during SVS, I would crash..and their bug report led them to look at log which showed I only had like four hundred something mb of memory at time of crash,,,which is a major problem...I streamlined it by getting rid of large footprint antivirus...etc...but it could be a memory problem?/ they can help you on live chat tho....for sure..

ps/ they told me I could enable the remapping thingy in my bios...it now recognizes all the memory...but I have winxp pro.....and thats tricky...and be sure you talk to a tech or several techs before going there....cause you may have a different prob....
