I tried drinking the Phantom Spirits potion and teleporting to another server and back, but it wore off!

It should still work (although differently). When you change servers it will reset the timer for the potion. It may not be forever, but it still works. Not sure if this still happens though, although there hasn't been any update since the last time I tried this (2.. maybe 3 days ago).

I'm not too sad that it was taken away, considering it wasn't a place you were actually supposed to be able to get to go to.

Hopefully we'll see it again in the future and Disney will say something like, "The navy has been digging of lost weapons in a new cave on kingshead. Stop them before they find any!"

Or something like that.

It'd be nice to have a "secret dock" again, but only if it means getting to go in that cave.
