I got two famed voodoo dolls from Dark Hart, if that helps any.

I got my Bejeweled Broadsword from Darkheart. I then got a Bloodfire Cutlass from an enemy in the caves on Tormenta. I believe the Bloodfire was from one of those guys that have the dolls, whatever they're called.
