Playing two pirates at once?

I remember way waaay back, a year and a half ago, Ive seen some of my friends do this before. They would be on the same account with both of their pirates. Im not sure how they did this, for I only saw it twice. Hope this helps a little bit :/

Remember the good old days when we had tabbed linked accounts. It made a lot of folks mad when Disney took that away, I know several that left game and never came back due to that reason.
