Those guys usually grew up in those guilds... Well they leveled up in them.

As far as tips... Just tip your waiters. I couldn't help myself.

Patience, be polite to your members and to others. Don't get mixed with Drama. That destroys a lot of good guilds, and be sure to "know" who you make an Officer.
