That's been there for a while... since the island was first redesigned. You can also glitch to the dinghy, and use it just like any other one

I never noticed that, but then again I don't have a good eye when it comes to things like that any way.
This is what happens when a developer makes a little mistake and instead of dingy behind by the dock, it's moved a few feet into a rock. I don't think it matters if they fix this or not, it doesn't look like it affects anything. |
