Your friend is pulling your leg, mate. There are no new staffs on Test or Open. I suggest you try not to listen to him to much, seeing as he's lying to you, either to act cool, or just for laughs.

They wouldn't make a staff that powerful anyways. Otherwise, you could (probably) kill level 40s with a Soul Flay.

As for the boss, he may still be out there. Although, I still doubt that he is in the game, otherwise we would've found him by now.
