To begin with, I'm not that stupid -- nor do I think most people are. I would never swap a card that (a) I'm already holding, or (b) is showing on the table.

However, since there is no way of knowing what cards the other players are holding, it's possible I swapped for one of those; and, so, I was caught. If that is the case, there would be no way of preventing that from happening in the future since (I repeat) there is no way of knowing what cards the other players are holding.

Bottom line: I won't cheat again -- and win plenty without needing to try.
