Oh do I miss the holes in the sails. My war sloop during svs looked like a ghost ship after about an hour of play! Good times!

Now back on topic! I hope these weapons make it in game some time this year, it would make a great addition to the game!. I can see it now that I will take a liking to the Rapier, Boarding Axe and Scimitar.

I am glad to see the game growing.

I was kind of kidding about that, and I didn't mean it would be scary....
As for the holes in the sails, I don't see why Disney removed that graphic. I also don't see why Disney made it so cannon ammo doesn't go through multiple sails, or why we can't rip down the sails piece by piece, or why you don't see holes in the hull where your shots hit....
