Which Enemies Do You Find Certain Relics From?

Skull Chests at sea get great loot if I get something decent, but I think the foul bane weapons are only dropped by EITC and Navy, although I'm not sure. Mainly I just go around doing my thing, and the loot comes to me.

All of my famed weapons have come from Dark.... But, I guess that is where I spend most of my time.
