Create a new character, form a guild, gather all of the new players, and form a Welcome Server Kingdom. Keep at least one person at the server at all times, so you can always teleport back. Actually standard players can't tp to the welcome oceans. They also don't get invasions, though I think that would be hilarious, bunch of level 1 to 4s fighting Jolly!
