Higher level pirates dont join limited acess guild?

Just explain to them that you were unlimited access (you have to be to make a guild) and that you lost unlimited access after making the guild. If they still dont believe you, then forget it, you probably dont want them in the guild anyway.

I created the guild on the last unlimited acess weekend so thats one of the reasons.
