Couple of fishing questions...

With Heal Line, your #3 button will now add some health back to your line.
The amount of health varies for me, but I think that has to do with the timing of it.
Try pushing 3 when the fish is no longer pulling your line out, basically has turned to face left again.

Legendary Lures can be purchased from the Fishmaster, after you have mastered your fishing.

Those sound like almost perfectly stated answers to me. The heal line levels 1 through 3 are all the same button they just heal different amounts. (heal 2 replaces heal 1 and so on.) It does not matter when you hit it though. Whether the fish is running or you're reeling it in heal line will work. As for the Legendary lures, Luckie is spot on.
