The message that I get about people who call Disney's updates a "distraction" is this-

"It's another distraction from [enter future update here]!"
"Disney is LAZY! They're trying to distract us from the REAL content because they want to keep the FUN stuff to themselves!"

(I admit that I've called a few updates 'distractions' before too)

This "distraction" is probably a way let new/old players get accustomed to fishing.

What I'm wondering about is this-Just a week ago everybody was grumbling that fishing was not being released soon enough. Now that it's here, those who were grumbling seem to have forgotten about fishing, as if it were there since the game was first released. It's as if they've suddenly gotten tired of it and are now grumbling the same complaints about Raven's Cove.
