See now I was thinking exactly the same thing J. The pic from the newsletter it looks all barnacally and old, like something a Thrall Captain might carry. Interesting that unlike the Darkfire cutlass this thing has a level, and a BIG one. Level 20 required means I can put it on all my little low level basic pirates too but it will be months before they ever get to use it. Interesting... very interesting... Didn't they say in some of the early releases that Raven's Cove has "new more powerful enemies"? Forget where I read that, but I'll try and dig it up. Anyway, it makes me wonder.
