I hope that they can atleast have a notoriety cap level increase to like level 60 or level 70 and a weapon cap level increase to like level 40. That would be cool too, since technically they did call it a new "story quest".

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure you cant redeem the code if your a basic, and even if you could, its rare, not crude.
Now, if they were to raise the level caps past 50, they must change the way in which we level. Otherwise by the time we try to get to lv 70, about 100,000 rep will probably be needed. They should probably make it so to level up, you have to do some sort of quest. Some would involve killing X amount of lv X+ enemies, some would be sinking ships, and some would be just doing a quest. This would give us quests, AND a notoriety raise. And of course with a notoriety raise, we have to have stronger enemies. |

They REALLY need to at least raise the notoriety cap. With potions & now fishing being released, I have seen pirates with noto at nearly 20, & their weapons levels are not even past 3. An adjustment needs to be made to the noto cap, to account for the usless rep these activities give. I say leave the weapons cap alone for now. |
