Igor says many good pirates are out there mate.

Igor think no need to rush new pirate consortium mate, the poll should be established and the votes should be counted. Igor think only way to be fair. Igor also wonder if it not be better to start thinking not of this as a guild but as an office, court or consortium of pirates to help alleviate some of the confusion.
