Thats a story quest. Not chapter. I am guessing that the next chapter will be at least as long as the first one, and will hopefully have the quest interaction that the Raven's Cove one does.

You can't be serious. According to your theory, every four years, we get a new chapter, and that's why we haven't seen chapter two yet? -- Four years isn't coming up for another couple of months?

It's pretty obvious that most of the new elements included with this new story quest are going to come in Chapter 2. And no, the story chapter seems to be coming within the next few months, especially with how this one ended (The "Evil Curse of Doom", most likely, or similar to, the Black Spot - if you know what that leads to). And finally, you misunderstood what Davy Fireskull said. He said it will be at least as long as the Black Pearl Chapter and did NOT say it would take as long as it did to come: If that's what you meant.
