If you're looking for the boss battle, it's down for rework, there were problems with it in the past. It's been down for quite awhile now. So if you click on the buttons in your journal to play boss battle with or without a crew, you'll receive a message stating it's unavailable.

I'm kind of wondering though if it's the boss battle you want or if it's another part of the story quest you're working on?
