You are so right Joan,
I myself have come across some rude mannered pirates and i must say i have come across it once in the SPANIA guild.
We are real people and as in real life words and actions do hurt us ,even though we are behind an avator.
So yes everyone should be treated with respect , everyone is here to enjoy this game and to get away from real lfe for a while, it should be a fun experience
