Instead of one massive thread where events and things can be easily missed - a sub-forum ===> If I understand how it will be implemented correctly ; it would make it easy to see / spot a new events and do some planning as an event would have it's own thread with title indicating that data.

I agree Elizabeth that it is easy to miss posts where there are no seperate threads.
