Greenhorn looking for pointers!

Thank you for your advice everyone....

I know now about trustworthy officers, thats for sure! I have around 35 now and I know they are the best. So, 50 maybe a good number for my guild, we'll see. Veterans, it sounds like are no worry as to how many we there are. I found that having happy Vets make a happy guild!

I guess my feelings for cleaning up is mixed because I have a big heart that can get in the way..... my Officers know more as to who comes on more during the day as I am come on after work and know who comes on then.

My question on the forums is that I am new to all this and would love to be a regular part of a forum/forums...I guess I am not sure what is actually involves or what is out there.
