Another suggestion, is in regards to seeing bad members. I have had to deal with them before, and most of the time, once you confront them, they leave the guild anyway. However, if you have a misbehaving member, or have another guildmate complain to you about a misbehaving member, don't just let it slide. Always make sure that you have a talk with the person. Don't eject them automatically. It is always best to see if you can work things out with them.

If they listen to you, great! If they continue with bad behavior, you should just eject them. You want to be fair, and give people chances, but don't take risks and let them cause harm to guildmembers.

My question on the forums is that I am new to all this and would love to be a regular part of a forum/forums...I guess I am not sure what is actually involves or what is out there.

You already have a great start

Much like being in a guild, being a regular part of a Forum(s) is being involved
If you have knowledge or insight on a thread, then post it
If you feel a little bit restless & fiesty, then check out the activities area

One of the best things you can do for you & your guild is to start a thread for them
Get your guildies to come & participate
Talk about guild things on it, like events & accomplishments
Post game screenies, everyone loves to see a guild in action
