Most likely one of the few that WDD noted. And correct me if I mess this up, but from what I understand anything Disney is in text or whatever? Which means you aren't able to go on live chat or e-mail them? If that is the problem then I can get like the technical support e-mail or phone number or whatever for you if you would like? This is what I understood from your post but correct me if i'm wrong. Hope you get it fixed!
