I think this is what all of us are trying to say, on a grand retrospect:

Making everybody an Officer creates more problems when it's solved. Yeah, members can be booted if they are recruited while the GM isn't on, but that's where the problem also lies. When the GM isn't on, nobody has any real power to deal with any of the actual members, and thusly, these members can do whatever they want.

It's basically a perfect place for sleeper cells. They join your guild, get promoted, and wait til you leave. When you go offline, they can cause as much drama and chaos as they want, without having to worry about getting booted at that present time. And creating all that unnecessary trouble in the guild will cause members with common sense, which are usually the valuable ones, to leave. Thusly, it would be killing your guild more than helping it.

Double crossing by double crossing...? That's a mixture for disaster, honestly. You're going to end up getting in trouble from both EITC and Pirate guilds, and after a while, you're going to find yourself in some heavy stuff. Also a drama mixture.

And, no, not everyone on POF is trustworthy. I have met MANY people on this site who look like their innocent in the public eye, but show their true colors when they infiltrate your guild, and your mind.... and their colors are not pretty.

Overall, I suggest being more cautious in how you work your guild. It's not like I'm attacking your guild, or how it works, no. If I was against you, I wouldn't be helping you by pointing out potential flaws. But what I am saying, is that creating a better system of rules and morals would help your guild flourish better than the current system.

Good luck, and happy pirating!
