Well... I talked to Live Chat about this and this is what they said to me:

Me: Hi, I'm a bit upset at the game right now. How about yourself???
Hamed: I am doing great actually! Thank you for asking. I understand you are upset regarding the Coin toss emote?
Me: Yes you guys removed it.
Hamed: I am sorry you feel that way. I will be happy to pass you point of view along to our product team for you. In the future you are also able to submit your suggestions directly to them via an email to [email protected].
Hamed: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Me: No mate you don't seem to be seeing my point, you guys have upset the entire game, but removing the flip a coin animation. Not only are you taking away people's favorite emote but players are paying $10 a month or more and you guys take it away?
Hamed: I will pass your feedback along. However this was done for a reason to avoid any sort of abuse of the emote and for the safety of our younger pirates in the game.
Hamed: You are more than welcome to voice your dismay about this matter via an email to the address I have provided for you.
Hamed: If there is no other issue you need help with I will end this chat now.
Me: No one i know is abusing the emote mate. Also people were probably doing that because you guys let players go threw other players -.-
