Thats pretty picky... not sure of too many guilds like that.
My guess is you want a guild that is social, but not massive with plenty of high level pirates to help you out? |

My guild is 80 % like that but i'm in a mainly Ship v Ship guild which involves sailing and/or cannon skill mostly, so not perfect with all that you ask lol, but no one is perfect...
