I agree wholeheartedly with all your suggestions. They are, in fact, amazingly fantastical ideas that must be added to the game some time in the future.

But I'm a little iffy on the guild hall. I COMPLETELY agree with it, but wouldn't they just cause major lag because there are tens of thousands of active guilds? If you mean like a separate location for a guild hall, similar to how Parlor Games is, then yes, I agree.

Yep. If they were to implement this, they would have to figure a work-around. But it shouldn't be that difficult. If they were to have it similiar to parlor games, that would be great.
It's possible, even with all the active guilds, though. When I played Shaiya (which has guild halls), there would be a portal that you walk through which will take you straight to the guild hall. No lag was experienced at all; if I had lag before, it was all gone once I entered the hall. It's a possibility to have guild halls without the lag of 400k active guilds; I don't see why not. :]
