When I buy a song off of iTunes, it comes in an m4a format. Maybe I don't like m4a format, so I change it to an mp3. How's that illegal? Pretty much the same concept here. They didn't mean that moving POTCO to a console is illegal, they said that moving a game from one console to another is. Because, in order to change a game's console you have to modify it, which can't be done on a console so you have to rip it to a Dvd-R. THAT part is illegal.
