No I haven't and I've visited Tia more times than I care to admit hoping she'd finally talk to me. I'm just shy of lvl 18 now and still no PR tele quest
It sure makes doing the story line tedious. On the bright side it's forced me to lvl my sailing
It must be a bug because I have one son lvl 15 with all 3 tele quests (Cuba, PR and Tortuga) in his log and another son at lvl 14 with only Tortuga and I know the moment I hit 14 it said new quest avail and it was for Cuba tele which I did immediately because Tia sure is far out there!
