above are the specs of the major 3rd generation consoles. as you can see the xbox 360 and play station 3 could theoretically run potco (though its not a good idea). As for 4th generation consoles assuming the specifications (ram storage processor speed ect.) doubled (not unreasonable) the xbox 720 and playstation 4 would be able to play potco assuming directx 9+ was included.

all this proves is that pc was is and forever shale be the best game system in existence.

It doesn't matter about requirements, game systems lag with 12 players in a game. If they were forced to support millions then they would crash immediately upon loading the game up.
