Pirates is back up. I'm checking for any more problems now.

Logged on for a bit, and the only server was Kokojillo. A few guildmates and I only lasted online for a few minutes before the district on Kokojillo shut down.

currently it is 8:40 EST and all is normal. all the servers are normal. the servers that were deleted still havent come back

You are able to log on and play but I am not sure it is normal yet. In an hour of play I have seen just 2 skull chest. That is just how it was yesterday during the morning when you were still able to play. My main fun in the game is looting and at one or two chest an hour it would take a month of play to ever see a famed item and legendary would be out of the question.

Maybe not so normal. I can't sell potions, or gain any more rep by doing them (not maxed by any means).

Yup, 08:44 Am Central time and I'm still a lvl zero with no weapons, friend list, ships, no inventory at all.... the list goes on and on. I will wait and try again later.....- keeps fingers crossed -

Brother logged in something about 7am Pacific here, and he was back to the way he was when he first logged on yesterday. Same clothes, same beard (he had a long white beard as a joke), same everything. And still level 0. Whatever they did in that reset did not fix the level 0 bug. Dang... this is a really serious bug.
