
Well, last month they had Mac users not able to log in. They said they would not adjust for time lost. Friendly but persistant calls to them DO work. I got the Mac users credit for the time they were not able to log on.
Today I tried to discuss this with them on live chat, that was like a brick wall. They said it was a regular maintenance shut down. I insited it was not and requested to talk to a supervisor. Still like hitting a brick wall.
So I called them, and reminded them that a LOT of players are going to get frustrated and leave the game for other games such as WOW if things are not fixed or if they are not comped for lost playing time.
I was assured that once they are finally able to fix it, I would get a personal e-mail explaining what the problem was and possibly comped for time lost.
I suggest everyone call them, and remind them that players will leave the game if they feel they are being ignored or not catered to with respect and appreciation of their membership... i.e. the pocketbook speaks loudly folks. They need us as much as we need the game :O)
