I dont get it....they keep sayin THAT I CANT PLAY GAMES because i have to have <#extra#> posts in the fourms at least....wat does that mean......can someone message me or somethin and help me out

Are you talking about the reply you get after applying to be an editor?

If so, it looks like at the moment, you only have one post, this post. They do not let anybody become an editor. They look into what you've done on site, and possibly Nick's other sites, to see if you would become a good adition to the team. Since you have one post, it's kind of hard to say if you would or wouldn't be a good member to the team.
