definatie 5/5 life drain also id go with at least 3 attune but 4 is good, unlock cure and heal but i wouldnt put more than 1 or 2 sp on each 5/5 poke and swarm

Mine:
(2/5) Attune - *one to heal and one to kill* (5/5) Poke - Max for faster kills - up to 325 damage (5/5) Swarm - Max for faster kills - up to 500 damage (2/5) Heal - Good heals (up to 375 with 2 dots) (0/5) Curse - dont work much IMO (actually did 2 on Angel and didnt notice a difference) (0/5) Scorch - Same (1/5) Cure - gives 600 cure, and with heal, how many more u really need? (1/5) Grave Shackles - Fun in PVP....especially taunting ur friends lol (5/5) Life Drain - Excellent when ur helping a low lvl train and u cant heal fast enough (5/5) Focus - Helps on staff and doll (0/5) Spirit Ward - My Hex on gun takes care of this for me. (26/26) Total My take on my doll is mostly for healing and defeating gray lvl enemies. After maxin my doll on Angel at an early lvl, I found its the easiest and funnest thing to max for me. The way I have it set up I can use it more for healing and power hitting. I also found Curse and scorch wasnt that effective, so on Hunter I chose not to take them. I have better places to use the dots lol.

Some nice builds here.
I have not played at higher levels yet, so I am not sure how usefull I think spirit ward is. A few of you seem to have it though so I am wondering how helpful you think it is. Focus from what I can tell only gives you an extra 40 voodoo points when you use all five dots. That just seems like a waste to me so I wanted to pass on that. I think I will stick closer to my first build. It is really close to Angel's build but I get 4 extra points because I am not choosing Focus. (I have 1 on curse and Angel does not) This option is taking 1 from heal to max life drain. I think I will use this. Not max damage but I should be able to attune 2 mates and 2 baddies. Good heals and good damage. Life drain maxed to heal me as much as possible when solo. I really don't understand the need for more than 1 in cure. It takes forever to recharge. I think maxed heal, and 1 cure is good for most healing needs. I only use cure in emergencies, when their health is depleating faster than I can heal.
I dont use all my skill points with my pirates, so I don't know how I would use all 25 points. Last edited by Pirate Rose; 03-13-2008 at 08:18 PM.. |

I did the exact same thing and it was much easier and faster to kill enemies for quests and for fun
