Here's some mini quests I've found all over.
Port Royal: Josie the bartenderl. In the same bar, theres a guy in th eback corner who has quests to get cheat cards from. In the other bar, the "win 150 gold in poker". Of course, Sam seabones (by the shipwright), the guy at the shipwright, Bartholomew, the gypsy, and last, one that gives gold and notoriety (100 points) the guy in the tattoo shop. Tortoga has the mercenary quest also at the bar (not the faithful bride). Theres also one at the bar on Padres. Off the top of my head, those are the ones I know. Just look for the yellow lite up lantern above their head, that means theres a quest for you to complete.
