Honestly, completely designing your clothing would be too much work. However, there aren't enough shades for the clothing, and I really think you should be able to go to a tailor and customize the color of anything you buy based on a color slider. Then if you're savvy enough you can copy down the hex code associated with that color and use it to match another item to what you bought. So, matching corset, coat, and pants, etc.

I also think that for pirate women they should have a dress option that could fit in the coats area. For your fancy balls and such.
