Its basically them dropping a new quest. I'd much rather have them release them avaliable to everyone than just a few that give loot. Then it defeats the purpose of some of us guilds. We enjoy to help others with their quests but if they pick something up we haven't done then we can't help and thats a horrible feeling for a guildmaster.
