If you want a good crew, join a guild. The one of the guilds here would be happy to have you Im sure. I dont play on a particular server either. I normally stay on the server it gives me.

Definitely, the best people to crew with are your guildmates, if you have one. Otherwise, trolling the docks hoping the find a good crew is about as difficult as hitting the lottery.

we play on pretty much any server but mainly the "quiet" ones as for crewing up just ask around or join a guild
