I ban MA because POTCO needs to make it so you have to be mastered before you can catch them. It annoys me.

I ban CST because no almost nobody would want to master fishing just to unlock Legendary fish, if anything they need to make catching the fish itself harder.

I ban MA because most people want to master fishing because it is something to master. Also, unlocking the ability to catch Legendary fish are an incentive to mastering fishing.
