I cant log in using the shortcut OR the browser... is it gonna be fixed by today or tomorrow?

I am not Disney, nor is anyone else here. You will just have to wait in confusion and hope that they will figure out something is wrong sooner rather than later. In games like POTCO it's more about finding where the problem is than fixing it.
