The SOTL rules in svs, believe me. I have been on Outlaw's SOTl for about a hour or 2, and god the hp is nearly dead but the hull panels are nearly full. they should increase the hp.

When the SOTL was first exposed to the test servers by accident, many thought the update wouldn't take long, but with the recent addition of the Queen Anne's Revenge, I think the SOTL and new ships they planned on introducing are meant for a release with ship customization.

The SOTL itself is completely done, after looking in the files, and could be released if they wanted it to be. I'm going to guess that they want these ships to be released alongside ship customization to make the update seem better.

Red, blue, yellow, orange, green sails along with fancy ship decorations(see Queen Anne's shots) plus new ships would be an amazing update. Imagine being able to customize your ship to your liking, plus special decorations and sails exclusively retrieved by doing quests. If I were a developer, and I'm not, three to six new ships plus an exotic ship customization addition would be a major update.

I can't wait to see what they have in store for us, and until these new ships come out, I'm satisfied with a new, zombie ship to fight against on test.

You never really know. It's possible that Disney may release the Ship of the Line and the NPC Buyables seperately.

But hey, only time shall tell...

I wonder what the repair cost is. (Sorry if I already asked this question). I saw a SOTL sunk with a QAR. That could have not been good.

That would be great but it would make the game even laggier and crash prone than it is now, i think i would be overjoyed at just the new ship, even the new scoundrel of the seas is enough to hold me over
