Ghost flagships? Look like the read The Lost Phantom...

Perhaps they are going to send ghosts out to the seas, so we will be able to board ships and have ghosts on board? Going to the riddle...

Could this be El Patron's ship? I'd say he's got a royal bow (ship), and he has an enslaved crew. Its very possible that ghosts are taking to the seas around Raven's Cove... that would be interesting.

Or its the Flying Dutchman, and the enslaved crew of Davy Jones... you know what that means? The Kraken! Although I highly doubt that.

Pretty sure it's referring to the Queen Anne's Revenge and her crew of zombies, rather than the Dutchman.
