Well is Europe in the pirate mood? If they are, Big D will have to spend time to get the websites translated and servers for the countries in Europe. They could copy Club Penguins idea to get a understanding.

Just purchase a pre-paid Visa card and use it on the website. Just activate it for online use first, and bam ye in business!
