Quickly would have been less than 2 weeks. It took about 4 to get the update onto test. Then another few weeks to go live. I also feel as if the challenge is not so great seeing as I sunk it solo with a level 35 in a light sloop. Honestly, they need level 60 enemies on a new island. Not exactly the one they will plan for Blackbeard, but just to give level 50's a challenge. Maybe a true level 50 boss that isn't quite as ridiculous. I mean, a three strike killer makes for a challenge, but can easily be beaten by decent healers, and voodoo reflect. But it also becomes a challenge again when you have liars on larger servers who claim they can heal, but fail to meet expectations.

Maybe a boss with all weapons, but used a broadsword for crowds, blunderbuss at critical times and a staff to weaken enemies and poison them. It would surely add in damage to newbs, and pose as a challenge to all pirates that are fighting the enemy. There is also the fact that it would pose as the first enemy to switch use all types of weapons. I would also love to see the seas reversed. They have been moving backwards ever since they fixed the flag ship glitch. Back then people could easily level cannon and sailing because they would not attack you after not latching onto flagships. Yes it was good to get rid of the glitch, but now Flagships bounce around your ship and must be re attached at times. By this time i visualized disabling and grappling onto any ship being in the game. Along with having the choice to sink the ship with enemies on it. clearly the overall realism that was a part of the sailing experience has failed as well. With larger ships at times waves that form behind your ship show as if you are turning during your whole voyage. You also can no longer notice the ships bouncing up and down.

For me this update just adds more madness to a sea that should have been better polished over the years, but has hardly been messed with at all.
