This seems like a combination of infamy and Svs. Except you don't need to be french nor spanish.
The enemy war sloop was a I'm pretty sure a player ship, because its hull colour was the same as a player ship, and it also had a player ship name. As you sink ships, you get some infamy ish points. So seems like Svs II |
